Day 02 Prague, Czech Republic

After breakfast at the hotel, departure by motor coach for Prague discovery that includes a panoramic tour as we drive through the city, arrive at the amazing Hradcany Castle where you will stroll down the Golden Lane, then proceed to the beautiful St. Vitus Cathedral as well as the lovely statue-lined Charles Bridge.
Afternoon free at leisure to independently explore the city and shop the famous Bohemian crystal, and/or visit any of the city's several museums.

Day 03 Prague, Czech Republic

Breakfast at the hotel
Enjoy the freedom to explore Prague on your own, stroll to the old town square, home to the famous Orloj which functions as a clock, a calendar and primitive planetarium.
Afternoon free at leisure, or optional excursion to Prague's Old Jewish Quarter to see its historic Jewish Museum and Europe's oldest surviving Jewish cemetery founded in 1478.

Day 04 Prague - Vienna, Austria

Breakfast at the hotel
Departure by motor coach for a scenic ride through the countryside that takes you from Prague into the Grand city of Vienna, the former capital of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Upon arrival, enjoy an orientation tour as you drive through the city en route to your hotel. Check in and installation at the hotel. The remaining of the day free at leisure

Day 05 Vienna, Austria

After breakfast at the hotel, departure by motor coach to visit Schönbrunn Palace, the summer retreat of the Habsburg dynasty for more than 200 years, before continuing through Vienna's city center.
Along the way, behold the beautiful architecture, scenic parks and Gothic spires that fill the city before visiting the Gothic St. Stephen's Cathedral.
Back to the hotel and the remaining of the day free at leisure.

Day 06 Vienna - Danube River - Melk - Vienna

After breakfast at the hotel, departure by motor coach to travel along the banks of the Danube to the Medieval Town of Durnstein where you board your boat for a scenic Danube River Cruise across one of the most breathtaking bodies of water in the world, immortalized by Strauss, and travel through the historic Wachau Valley. Afterwards, proceed to visit the 11th Century Melk Abbey, famous for its production and collection for manuscripts. A leisurely ride through the Vienna Woods concludes this marvelous day.

In the evening, you will enjoy a memorable dining experience, including local entertainment, in the picturesque wine-making village of Grinzing and sample locally produced wine.

Back to the hotel in Vienna and overnight.


Day 07 Vienna - Bratislava, Slovakia - Budapest, Hungary

After breakfast at the hotel, departure by motor coach to Bratislava, former coronation city and Imperial capital of the Hapsburg Empire, for a city tour with a local expert. Later in the day, head to Budapest, the "Queen of the Danube", truly one of the world's most beautiful cities.

Upon arrival, visit the Matthias Church, site of many coronations of Kings. Visit the Fisherman's Bastion with its white walls, towers and arcades for spectacular views.
Proceed to historic Old Buda and Gellert Hill, followed by the Parliament. At Heroes Square, admire the imposing Millennium Monument, completed in 1904, which memorializes the 1000th anniversary of Hungarian dominion. Back to the hotel and overnight


Day 08 Budapest, Hungary

After breakfast at the hotel, departure on your own to explore the city of Budapest to enjoy the Hungarian cuisine while strolling the riverside streets of Majestic Budapest, or simply join an optional excursion to a countryside city called "Puszta" and visit a typical horse farm to learn the unique culture and history of the Csikós (Hungarian equestrians). You can even enjoy a thermal bath.

Day 09 Budapest - Szentendre - Visegrád – Budapest

After breakfast at the hotel, departure by motor coach to visit the beautiful baroque town of Szentendre and the former Renaissance capital of Visegrád for a magnificent view of the Danube bend and the Börzsöny Mountains. Proceed to visit the 14th century castle where knights with colorful costumes and authentic weaponry recreate the days of chivalry.
After a short pause, enjoy a Gala Dinner to celebrate the tour at a special Renaissance-style dinner including wine and music at the castle restaurant and re-enact the medieval times.

After dinner, back to the hotel for overnight.


Day 10 Budapest, Hungary

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Budapest international airport or to the train station for departure to your final destination.
