Day 04 Plovdiv, Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria

Breakfast at the hotel Departure by bus for a morning tour of Plovdiv through its winding cobblestone streets to visit the Roman Amphitheater. Drive via the Valley of the Roses to Kazanlak to visit the Thracian Tombs and Hellenistic frescoes.
On the way, pass through the Balkan Mountains to Veliko Tarnovo, once the capital of the Bulgarian Kingdom. Arrival Veliko Tarnovo

Day 05 Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria

Departure by bus for a full day visit of Veliko Tarnovo with houses seemingly perched atop each other on the sheer hillsides. Visit the fortress on Tsarevets Hill, the Patriarchal Church and the old town market street; and in the afternoon, you will visit Arbanasi.
Arbanasi is a picturesque village of red-tile roofed and stone houses where we visit the Church of the Nativity, the most richly decorated church in Bulgaria.

Visit Harastrau Park and enjoy a guided stroll through the open-air Folk Village Museum. The remaining of the day free at leisure

Day 08 Bucharest, Brasov, Romania

Departure by bus heading to Brasov
On the way, visit Sinaia, one of the most beautiful mountain resorts of Romania, and its Peles Castle, built by Carol I of Romania as his summer Residence.
After visiting this amazing castle, we proceed to Bran, the legendary castle of Count Dracula.
After a short drive, we reach Brasov where the sightseeing tour of Brasov features the Town Hall and the Black Church.

Day 09 Brasov, Romania - Cluj, Romania, via Sighishoara

Departure by bus to visit Sighishoara, designated UNESCO World Heritage Site for its 850 year old testimony to the history and culture of the Transylvanian Saxon; the city is also known as the birthplace of Vlad III. The character of Count Dracula was created by Bram Stoker on basis of his life story and legend.
